In order to really get to know the business and understand better what is going on with the farmers, several Milcobel employees spent a day on our dairy farms. From early morning until lunch, from cow to milk and from office to cow shed.
Sophie works as a Customer Service Manager. She traded our Kallo office for farmer Mark's cowshed in Sint-Jan-in-Eremo. "I thought I had more or less a good idea of what working on a farm entails, but it's so much more than I thought."
