Dimitri is an automation engineer at Milcobel in Kallo. He traded his familiar office for a day for farmer Johan's stables in Sint-Niklaas. Completely out of his comfort zone – or not entirely? "The milking process is also partly automated. It is fascinating to see the machines in real life. In Kallo we process the milk into milk powder, but now I also know how much work goes into it on beforehand."
